Fabian is a leadership practitioner, executive facilitator, motivational speaker and Executive Coach specialising in resilience, decision-making, and leadership under uncertainty. With a background in marine engineering and senior corporate leadership, he brings a disciplined, systems-based perspective to leadership development.
